1.     Rafting, Sight Seeing and Frenchman’s Cove
Start the day with a drive into the Rio Grande Valley where you will stop at the Rio Grande River. Here you will board a 40 ft Bamboo Raft made for two and a glide gently downriver for approx. 2 hours. Your raft captain will tell you tales of the river and local communities while pointing out birds and natural wonders along the way. A stop for a cold drink is made half way down. After your rafting we head to the Blue Lagoon made famous by Brook Shield I the film of the same name and through the hills for great views of the coastline. The afternoon is spent at Frenchman’s Cove where the rich and famous hang out. Food and cold drinks are available or just relax in this sandy cove with its clear water.

1.     Rafting only
As above but without the sight seeing and Beach, just a relaxing morning on the river

Frenchman’s Cove and City Highlights
For those that want a relaxed day of beach and swimming Frenchman’s cove hits the spot. A beautiful Beach made famous by "A "list celebrities and royalty during the 50’s & 60’s it attracts those wishing to escape the crowds. Lunch is had on the beach where you will dine on typical Jamaican food, never having to move far from the waters edge. After relaxing and swimming in the clear waters we head back to your ship with a tour of the area showing the best it has to offer to finish your day.

1.      Nonsuch Caves, Sight Seeing and Frenchman’s Cove
Just outside of Port Antonio on the fringes of the Rio Grande Valley is the nonesuch Caves where you can take a tour and see the impressive stalactites, bats and fish fossils, some dating as far back as half a million years ago. An experienced guide will take you through the 14 chambers and tell you all about the Caves history including when the Taino Indians used them. Stop at lookout point and see along the coastline for many miles. After the Caves we head back down to the coast with a quick look at the Blue lagoon then on to Frenchman’s Cove for an afternoon of relaxing on the beach.

1.      Nonsuch Caves & Sight Seeing
As above but you can skip the beach and head back to your ship early for a great ½ day tour.

1.      Errol Flynn Country Tour
Head along the coastline to the land once owned by the famous swashbuckling actor, Errol Flynn. Still owned and worked by his widow this area offers insight into how the Rich and famous enjoyed the area I the 50’s & 60’s. Travel further to the Long Bay beach with its clear waters and sandy beach. Snorkeling available as well as a bar and restaurant right on the beach. On the return journey we stop at the birthplace of our famous “Jerk” foods in the town of Boston and here you can by the best Jerk Sauce or sample some of the great Jerk items such as Chicken, Pork, sausage and fish.
