        Ocho Rios Highlights
Start your day with a visit to the magnificent Dunn’s River Falls where you can climb to the top with the help of a guide or if you feel adventurous go it alone. A path alongside the falls enables you to cheer on others if climbing not your thing but don’t want to miss this spectacular sight. Your tour will having you reaching the Falls before the crowds so you can enjoy this natural wonder in peace. After the falls it time to head to Fern Gully, the last rainforest, where you can stop for photos or things of interest. Travel through local communities and countryside and visit the local school where the children will always be happy to see you. A stop at the Wassi Art Pottery Factory where you can see beautiful pottery being made and hand painted.. Lunchtime calls with a stop at a local restaurant of your choice. After lunch its time for shopping at the local craft market and duty free centers before either heading back to the ship or stopping at Margaretville’s for some afternoon fun or Mahogany Beach.

      Dunn’s River Falls and River Tubing
Starting with the world famous Dunn’s River Falls you are given plenty of time to climb to the top with or without a guide. Back onboard your bus its off for sightseeing including Fern Gully and local communities. See great views of your ship in dock and make stops at interesting place for great photos. Time for a stop at the local craft market for shopping then it’s off to lunch at a typical Jamaican Restaurant. After lunch we head for the Beautiful White River where you will climb into a giant inner tube and float gently downriver for approx. 45 minutes. End the day with last minute sightseeing before heading back to your ship.

      Heritage Beach Ride
Start your day with a drive along the coastline to the beautiful site of Seville where the early settlers made there home. Here you will mount your horse and ride through the park while your guide tells you about the local history and culture as well as the many plants and their uses. Ride on down to the beach where you will reward your horse with a swim in the cool Caribbean waters with you on his back. A cold homemade lemonade and then back to the great house where your ride began.

        Cost $70 per adult and $60  per child (11 years and under).

 

 

      White Water Rafting
White Water Rafting – This exciting adrenalin’ rushing tour will take you down waterfalls, around boulders and through rapids up to grade 4. Whilst rushing down this wild and untamed part of the White River you will experience totally undisturbed nature. The tour is accompanied by internationally trained rafting guides and all participants must be aged 14 years and over and physically fit. Ride lasts approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours depending on river flow. Fresh Orange juice is served during the ride.

Cost $80 per person.

 

      Dunn’s River Falls Party Cruise
Climb aboard a Trimaran and sail out along the coastline to the famous Dunn’s River falls. Here you can climb to the top with the help of a guide or just relax on the beach. Back onboard a stop is made at the reef where you can snorkel or just relax on the boat and enjoy a cold Red Stripe Beer or rum Punch. Back out to see and the drinks flow, the music pulsates and the crew will teach you the Jamaican Reggae moves.

        Cost $66 per person
Includes snorkeling equipment, entrance to the Falls and drinks onboard

 

 

The Take It Easy Tour
For those that want a more relaxed day we start with a tour of the local countryside including Fern Gully then it's off to the beautiful Coyaba River Gardens and Museum. Here you will be given a tour of these beautiful gardens and see the many different flowers and trees
that grow here. Learn about the history of the Island and then climb the Mahoe Falls with
it's magnificent view of the town Next it's off to the Wassi Art pottery factory where you will see how our local pottery is made and get a chance to buy at great prices. While in the shopping mode we take you to the local craft market and duty free centers for all those souvenirs and then it's off to the ruin's Restaurant for lunch. A buffet of Jamaican and Chinese cuisine, open local bar and a backdrop of a beautiful natural waterfall
make this a memorable lunch. The afternoon is spent relaxing at Mahogany beach,
enjoying the water sports and sipping cold drinks from the bar.

      Tubing on the White River
A nice half-day tour that starts with a short sight seeing trip including the great views of your cruise ship then it’s off to the white river. Here you will climb into a giant inner tube and float gently downriver for approx. 45 minutes. A guide will remain with you at all time to ensure both safety and fun. Next it’s time for shopping at the local craft market or duty free shops, a stop for lunch at a local restaurant (optional) and then back to the ship.
